Cancellation Insurance

Protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances! The Cancellation Insurance is available for 5% of the total program invoice amount, and it covers the cost of your course and accommodation, being valid from the date of purchase until the end of your course. The insurance fee must be paid in full at the time of booking and does not cover services already used at the time of cancellation, the insurance cost itself, or travel expenses. The registration fee is refundable if canceled before the course starts, but is not refundable if canceled during the course.

The cancellation insurance is not available for students who have received the invitation letter for the student visa application. It also cannot be applied to the following courses: Intensive/Semi-Intensive Online Course, Group DELE Preparation Programs.

The cancellation insurance will give you the assurance that you will receive a refund within 15 days from the date we receive the cancellation documentation, and it will be transferred to the student’s account or the original account (2DAY LANGUAGES will not refund this amount to any other person or account).
